ABOUT ME
Hi there! I’m Toni, the creative mind behind Red Velvet Bakery.
My business was born from a love of baking and the need to satisfy my husband’s very sweet tooth! After sending in countless cakes to his work place I was asked to make a birthday cake for his boss and the rest, as they say, is history!
I am such a lucky girl to have a job I love so much. It’s an absolute pleasure and a privilege to help make someone’s day more special whether it be their wedding day, an anniversary or a birthday. I am passionate about what I do, using only top quality ingredients, along with a dash of love and some yummy sprinkles to help your creation come to life.
I love dancing around my kitchen when I'm baking and listen to anything from Abba to Metallica and everything in between.
Outside "cake world", I am married to Stuart who runs Portfolio Photographic. Stuart and I are big travel fans and when not working weekends, love nothing more than packing a picnic, jumping in the car and seeing where the open road takes us. I'm also a huge fan of roller coasters and have more shoes than I am prepared to admit to!
