Your wedding day, engagement party, birthday, enjoying a cuppa and a slice of cake whilst gossiping with the girls, or curled up in front of the TV in your favourite pyjamas ~ it doesn't really matter how or where we enjoy treating ourselves, but it does matter that it feels wickedly indulgent.

My motto is simple - there is no such thing as cake guilt!
