Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers sold by Red Velvet Bakery are subject to the following terms and conditions. Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1.   General

• Gift vouchers entitle the recipient to spend the value shown on the front of the voucher as part or full payment towards either a private or group class.
• Unless otherwise advised, all classes will be held at Red Velvet Bakery, Unit C1 Station Yard, Station Road, Melbourne DE73 8HJ.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date written on the front when purchased.
• Gift vouchers are not transferrable and have no monetary value to the recipient.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used as payment towards cake orders.
• All group classes are held subject to a minimum required number of attendees. Classes may re-arranged or cancelled if the minimum numbers are not reached.
• Minimum age for participants is 15 years.

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions.

However, you will only be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you purchase your gift voucher with us.

By paying your booking fee, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions so please read them carefully.
