ABOUT ME
Hi there! I’m Toni, the creative mind behind Red Velvet Bakery.
I'm also the chief baker, washer-upper and a general all round bad-ass in the kitchen. A lover of all things cake, sparkly, weddings and a total sucker for a romantic story, most days I can be found dancing around my studio to anything from Abba to Metallica and everything in between.
Together with my wonderful hubby, known affectionately as Mr RVB, we live in the Derbyshire countryside. I'm a big fan of roller coasters, have recently discovered flavoured gin and I have more shoes than I am prepared to admit to!
I am such a lucky girl to have a job I love so much. It is an absolute pleasure and a privilege to help make someone’s day more special whether it be their wedding day, an anniversary or a birthday. I am passionate about what I do, using only top quality ingredients, along with a dash of love and some yummy sprinkles to help your creation come to life.
